I'm the head of engineering at Sitewire, a construction finance platform that helps lenders and real estate investors track projects, automate work verification, and speed up payments. Our small, fully-remote team has built a profitable product that's expanded organically 3x per year, mainly through word of mouth. We're looking for smart, pragmatic full-stack engineers who operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
