MintMCP helps enterprises safely roll out agents to the entire organization (e.g, governance around MCP tools and agents like Claude Code / Codex / Cowork). We're building an MCP gateway with abstractions useful for 1) preventing agents from doing the unintentionally bad things you hear about every week without constraining them to be useless, 2) getting the rest of your teams and organizations to adopt them with minimal friction.

We're a small team of humans with dozens of agents: our company operates on the infrastructure we build for enterprises. We're looking for agent-forward engineers and GTM folks to help solve scaling problems, maintain the highest standards for security, make agents and MCPs usable and useful.

Stack: PHP (backend), React + TypeScript (frontend), MySQL, RESTful APIs, AWS. You'll work across the full stack.

Senior (5+ yrs): Product-minded, systems-thinking engineers. You'd lead 1–2 engineers while still taking substantial features from concept to production solo. You mentor others in code design, systems thinking, and driving AI agents effectively.

Mid-Level (2+ yrs): This is a senior-track role. You'll ship real features with mentorship from senior and staff engineers who are deeply invested in your growth. We want engineers who see where things are heading and want to get ahead of it; going deep on architecture, design, and understanding the problems, not just writing the code.

Both roles: We want concrete evidence you use AI as a real tool, not a novelty. Push the tools until they fail, then tell us about it. We care about quality software that's easy to change, clear writing, and engineers who get curious about the customers, not just the tickets.

Compensation: Salary TBD based on experience. Medical/dental/vision covered in full for the employee. Company-provided equipment.

We're a small London team, 2+ years in, building a real-time consumer platform powered by AI in a category that doesn't exist yet, going after a problem worth solving. If tracing an x86 instruction in the morning and hunting a control-plane race in the afternoon both sound fun, and you insist on measuring rather than guessing, this is the job.

Customers run Architect for workloads where cold starts hurt: real-time voice & video AI agents, long-warming JVM apps, stateful data services that can't be rescheduled cheaply. 1.0 shipped Q1 2026; you'd join mid-way through 2.0. Seed-stage, VC-funded, a few years of runway. Fully distributed across the Americas and Europe.

What you'd work on:

- Hibernation surface: containerd shims and CRUISE, our Zig-native CRIU replacement.

- Control plane: per-node DaemonSet streaming checkpoints; admission controller resizing hibernated pods in place.

- Networking and migration: eBPF/XDP at line rate; cross-node live migration to production; cross-cloud next.

You're a senior generalist. Years across the stack: assembly to frontends, hardware-near, comfortable in x86. Tests ship with the code, decisions get worked out in writing, and you measure rather than guess. Strong in Go; willing to use Zig, Rust, or C.

Bonus: eBPF/XDP, CRIU, Linux kernel internals, containerd, gVisor, live migration, or public writing in kernel/container/eBPF land. Strong systems depth and the willingness to pick up the rest is enough on its own.
