JigsawStack | Founding GTM (Go to market) / Growth | San Francisco, London, India, REMOTE (US) | Full Time

Company site: https://jigsawstack.com

At JigsawStack, we’re building specialized small models that automate complex backend tasks like OCR, web scraping, classification, data extraction, and more. We power thousands of developers and process billions of tokens every month.

We’re hiring our first Founding GTM, someone who wants to architect the entire GTM engine, experiment aggressively, and push the boundaries of AI growth.

You’ll own automation, outbound systems, GTM tooling, growth experiments, and the workflows that expand JigsawStack’s reach. This is a growth role where you’ll build pipelines, write scripts, automate everything possible, and systematically scale distribution.

As an early team member, you’ll work directly with the founders, run high-velocity experiments, and shape JigsawStack’s playbook for years to come.

Lift AI | Senior Software Engineer | Remote (US timezones, LatAm/Canada OK) | Full Time | $100K + 0.50–0.75% equity

Lift AI builds software for the elevator industry, where paper inspection reports and faxed maintenance tickets are still normal. Almost no one is building software for this market. We manage ~5,000 properties and have 1,000+ IoT deployments on elevators across the US. The platform handles asset management, maintenance workflows, contract tracking, and an AI pipeline that extracts structured data from elevator industry documents. Django/PostgreSQL backend, React/TypeScript frontend, all on AWS. The CEO's family has been in the elevator industry for 40 years — we're not outsiders guessing at what the market needs.

You'd be our third engineer. The team is me (CTO, I write code daily, Central Time), one engineer who's been here two years and knows the domain well, and our Chief of Product who handles the PM side. No QA team, no DevOps. You own what you build.

First project: we acquired a field maintenance product that currently runs on Firebase/Firestore. You'd design the migration of its backend onto our Django/PostgreSQL stack, including figuring out a replacement for Firestore's offline sync (we're looking at ElectricSQL). You define the API contract, our other engineer builds the frontend against it. Beyond that, we're actively building AI features. One example: an invoice dispute agent that communicates directly with service providers. You'd help architect those.

Stack: Django 5 / DRF, PostgreSQL, Redis, Django Q, React Router v7, TypeScript, MUI, AWS (CDK, ECS Fargate, ElastiCache, RDS), GitHub Actions. AI features use Claude, OpenAI, and LangChain.

We're async but not siloed — Slack, GitHub PRs, and Linear are where most collaboration happens, with the occasional video call. No standups. We follow Shape Up with 4-week cycles. I review architecture proposals for your first ~90 days, then you own your domains. No on-call rotation. We don't do evening releases, and when something rare breaks, everyone pitches in.

$100K base + 0.50–0.75% equity. We have ~5,000 customers and growing revenue, so the equity isn't a lottery ticket. $100K is below big-city market rate and we know that. We're not focused on titles or hierarchy. Growth here means the scope of what you own keeps expanding, and comp grows with it.

5+ years experience. Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and React/TypeScript in production. You've built something from architecture to deployment without someone telling you how. If you've been engineer #2-5 at a startup, or you're a senior engineer tired of process overhead, or you're at an agency and want to go deep on one product, this is that kind of role.

hiring@liftai.com — send something you've built that you're proud of, and tell us why.

Shinzo (https://shinzo.network)| USA/Canada + REMOTE | Multiple Full-Time Roles

We're building the read layer for blockchains. The irony of "trustless" applications depending on centralized indexers like Alchemy or The Graph isn't lost on us—we're fixing it.

Shinzo embeds indexing directly into validators, turning blockchain data into a cryptographically verifiable public good. No trusted intermediaries, no API keys, no "please don't rate limit me" prayers at 2am.

Stack: Go, Rust, WebAssembly, Merkle CRDTs, recursive SNARKs, LibP2P, GraphQL, Cosmos SDK/EVM

Hiring:

-DX Engineer - Indexer Migration - https://bit.ly/3YBwhBn

-Senior Blockchain Indexer Engineer - https://bit.ly/4sHQkLY

-Senior Cross-Chain Smart Contract Engineer - https://bit.ly/49BzJAN

-Protocol Engineer - Blockchain - https://bit.ly/4sDRica

We're pre-mainnet with real technical differentiation—not another "decentralized" project that's actually three EC2 instances in a trench coat. If you've ever been mass-migrated off a deprecated API endpoint or debugged why your subgraph stopped syncing, you understand the problem we're solving. We care more about what you can build than where you went to school.

Dialogica | Fullstack AI Agent Engineer | Santa Monica | ONSITE | $120k – $160k + Equity

We are building "Iron Man" for litigation. Our endgame is an AR application for smart glasses that gives lawyers real-time intelligence—flagging discrepancies and prompting objections during live trials. The work is high-intensity (5.5 days/week) and high-impact. You will optimize voice-interface latency, build LLM workflows with LangChain, and own your code end-to-end.

Requirements

Stack: Go, Rust, and/or SolidJS (Production experience required).

LLM Native: Experience with model-agnostic architectures (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), tool calling, and streaming.

Offer

$120k – $160k salary + significant equity (0.0% – 1.0%).

Seed stage ($2.3M raised).

Benefits: Free dental/vision/gym; Kaiser health plans (Bronze free, others subsidized).

Location: In-person, 3 blocks from the beach in Santa Monica.

Comper | Multiple roles (engineering + design) | €80-100k + equity | Utrecht, The Netherlands | ONSITE | https://comper.io

We make software landscapes understandable and explorable. Our canvas is zoom-to-code, and shows data on overlays from all of the git repos in your company. LLMs go through the codebase and extract the architecture.

We provide clarity when it's most needed: re-orgs, onboarding, explaining the tech stack at board meetings. Or just being stuck in your IDE and want to ask your team mate a question. We'd like to do to large org codebases what Figma did to design.

Comper needs someone that can build revolutionary UIs and go where no man has gone before. We are hiring a software engineer and a genius designer (with ideally some engineering prowess). Our UI is the core of our product: a zoomable canvas that has all your code, documentation and diagrams on it. We have a long way ahead and need serious thinking to make sure we explain the software stack as simple as can be.
