Absinthe Labs | Senior Frontend Engineer | Remote or NYC Hybrid

Absinthe Labs is scaling Web3 loyalty and engagement, with over 20M visits and 2M+ users since our founding in 2022. We built the first Web3-native customer data platform, and we’re now seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and lead our admin interface for loyalty program creation and management.

Role Highlights:

Platform Development: Build intuitive, user-centered interfaces for incentive designers using Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js. Data Integration: Develop figma-like tools for configuring data sources and a WYSIWYG builder for custom white-label loyalty portals. Data Visualization: Create dashboards with analytics that provide measurable insights and forecasts for incentive mechanisms. Customer-Centric Iteration: Collaborate with founders and designers to iterate based on direct customer feedback.

What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years in frontend engineering, ideally in workflow design, adtech, or high-growth tech settings. Technical Skills: Expertise in React, Next.js, and translating Figma prototypes into production-ready interfaces using Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn, along with advanced styling solutions like CSS Modules and Styled Components. Cloud & Security: Proficiency with AWS Amplify, Cloudfront, and secure data handling practices (e.g., CORS, CSP). Knowledge of Next.js SSR and containerization with Podman or Docker. Backend Integration: Familiarity with Hasura for backend workflows and integrations. Startup Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
