Spacelift | Remote (Europe) | Full-time | Senior Software Engineer | $80k-$110k+ (can go higher)

We're a VC-funded startup (recently raised $51M Series C) building an infrastructure orchestrator and collaborative management platform for Infrastructure-as-Code – from OpenTofu, Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Kubernetes, to Ansible.

On the backend we're using 100% Go with AWS primitives. We're looking for backend developers who like doing DevOps'y stuff sometimes (because in a way it's the spirit of our company), or have experience with the cloud native ecosystem. Ideally you'd have experience working with an IaC tool, i.e. Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, or SaltStack.

Overall we have a deeply technical product, trying to build something customers love to use, and have a lot of happy and satisfied customers. We promise interesting work, the ability to open source parts of the project which don't give us a business advantage, as well as healthy working hours.

If that sounds like fun to you, please apply at https://careers.spacelift.io/jobs/3006934-software-engineer-...

You can find out more about the product we're building at https://spacelift.io and also see our engineering blog for a few technical blog posts of ours: https://spacelift.io/blog/engineering

Cloudpepper | Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer | Remote (CET overlap) or Brussels | Full-time | $150k–$180k | https://cloudpepper.io/careers/platform-engineer/

We run the platform behind 10,000+ Odoo instances and we're looking for a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to join us.

Stack: Symfony/PHP, Ansible, Linux, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Python.

This is a senior role that spans both sides of the platform: backend work in Symfony/PHP, and ownership of the Linux + Ansible automation underneath. You'll be the person making sure the whole thing keeps humming as we scale.

We're a small team with high ownership and very little bureaucracy — if you like shipping over slide decks, you'll fit in.

Remote is fine as long as you can overlap with CET, or you're welcome to join us in Brussels.

SonarMD | Senior Full Stack Engineer | Remote (US East/Central) | $180-220k+ | Unlimited PTO, healthcare, 5% bonus, 401k match

Healthcare AI company. We monitor IBD patients between doctor visits and catch clinical deterioration before it becomes an ER visit. Real patients, real outcomes, peer-reviewed studies.

Node/Express, React/React Native, Python, MongoDB Atlas, Postgres, AWS (EC2, Ansible, the real stuff, not just Lambda bingo). HIPAA/SOC2. Team of 5. Lots of data. More AI and ML in prod every other week. You will contribute to 5 and 6 figure mistakes and also the 6 and 7 figure outcomes. It's just another day in the life. You will discover your gaps quickly and then you get to close them. You will have real access and real responsibility. Your decisions will have meaningful impact on other people's lives. Some people struggle with that. You can't. You will own things. You will learn things. We will build things.

I am six interviews deep into candidates reading me AWS product pages after being asked about their approach to enrichment. If you have ever debugged something in production and have an opinion about literally anything, please talk to me. If you're interested: resume to eng.hiring@sonarmd.com.

If you're really interested: send a cover letter in .md format (no AI, I will know) with answers to: - Last 3 things you personally shipped to prod, preferably ones that failed or had unexpected results - Most recent thing you learned but are too embarrassed to admit you didn't already know - Your 3 biggest pain points working with AI/LLMs/agents - Most recent thing you built that you're legitimately proud of - Preferred tech stack - How many full, 8-hour-day, 5-day-a-week production shipping years you got under your belt, for real

The .md skips the line. I'll read it before anything else in the inbox.
