If you are still writing every line by hand, this is not the right fit. We want developers who have fundamentally changed how they build software with AI.

I’m looking for a very high skill and high energy/intensity software engineer with deep experience in production grade ML/AI infrastructure and automated data analysis, and who is interested in agent orchestration.

This is an R&D project – something we have never done before in 30 years of investing – to build from scratch and launch a completely new automated investment analysis system within an extremely fundamental/qualitative/Buffett-like investment firm. This is most likely an almost unique opportunity to put the very cutting edge of software to work in the financial markets with substantial capital backing. The initial team will be 3 people – including you. You will be responsible for all software engineering. This is a very high leverage and high responsibility role, with huge capacity for personal development and role expansion.

The risk - if this project isn’t showing signs of success after 12 months then the project will be wound up. You will be paid (including bonus) irrespective of that. If it is successful, the project will continue indefinitely and become a core part of the fund.
