Hiring for: IT/Systems Engineer to help maintain the secure, reliable, and efficient infrastructure that supports our fully remote team. You’ll work across identity management, Google Workspace administration, device support, SaaS tooling, vendor coordination, and renewal management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to handle a broad range of IT responsibilities with clarity and ownership.
Looking for: Strong hands-on experience managing Okta (SSO, app integrations, user lifecycle management). Experience administering Google Workspace in a production environment. Comfortable supporting a fully remote team, providing clear and efficient remote-first IT support. Experience with common IT and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Atlassian, etc.). Ability to manage recurring vendor relationships, contracts, and renewal cycles.
